Every Same Day Frames order is printed, packed, and shipped directly from our company-owned production facility. Because we manage the entire process ourselves, we maintain control over quality, packaging, and fulfillment from the time your order enters production until it leaves our facility.

Orders containing 1–12 frames are shipped via UPS Ground. Each order is carefully packaged to help protect the frames throughout the shipping process.

Orders containing more than 12 frames are typically shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier. LTL shipping provides a safer and more economical way to transport larger frame orders.

Shipping costs for larger orders can vary depending on the quantity, destination, shipment size, and freight requirements. We will provide you with a shipping quote before the order is shipped, so you will know the freight cost in advance.

Larger frame orders can become bulky and may require multiple individual packages when shipped through a traditional parcel carrier. Using an LTL freight carrier allows us to consolidate larger orders, provide better protection during transportation, and often reduce the overall shipping cost.

Every frame order is carefully packaged at our own production facility to help protect the frame, corners, glazing, and other components during transportation. Our packaging process is designed specifically for shipping picture frames.

No. We do not outsource the packing and fulfillment of your orders. We print, pack, and ship every order ourselves from our company-owned production facility. This gives us greater control over quality and allows us to respond quickly if there is ever an issue with an order.

Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been packaged and shipped. UPS Ground orders will receive parcel tracking information, while larger LTL freight shipments will receive the applicable freight tracking or shipment information.

Absolutely. Same Day Frames is equipped to handle individual orders as well as larger wholesale, commercial, retail, and ecommerce frame orders. Larger shipments will typically be consolidated and shipped by LTL freight.

Yes. Any order requiring LTL freight will receive a shipping quote prior to shipment. We will communicate the freight charges with you before releasing the order to the carrier.

For larger commercial or wholesale orders, please contact our team before placing your order if you would like to arrange your own freight transportation. We can review the shipment requirements and determine the best shipping arrangement.

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you notice damage to the packaging or frames, contact Same Day Frames as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photographs of the packaging and damaged product. Our team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
